The winter intensive Barcelona Dance Center offers you the opportunity to devote an entire month to classical dance, getting the most out of your training with Cuban school teachers, and making friends with students from all over the world.
The Winter Intensive Course of the Barcelona Dance Center offers a set of classical and contemporary ballet subjects, choreography and stage participation, unique in its content and intensity during the month of January, which allows many international students to travel to Barcelona for this course.
In addition, during the month of January the city has a much less cold climate than in other latitudes, so students take the opportunity to get to know the city with the academy's teachers, thanks to a program of outings, after the formation.
For international students, the Winter Intensive Course also offers stays in family residences, willing to host for only one month, which greatly facilitates the arrival of those interested. The student can also extend the stay in Barcelona until the completion of the usual visa for tourists, which reaches ninety days. At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of studies issued by the Barcelona Dance Center, a center attached to the University Institute of Dance Alicia Alonso.

BARCELONA INTENSIVE DANCE
The BARCELONA INTENSIVE DANCE 2020 course is a 3-month intensive dance course for intermediate and advanced students from 16 to 22 years old, which takes place during the 2019-20 course, in the wonderful city of Barcelona, ​​Spain.
Barcelona is a city located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, characterized by its modernist architecture of great beauty, its large shops and good cuisine.
The BARCELONA INTENSIVE DANCE 2020 course lasts 3 months with intensive character, and is designed so that dance students, over 16 years old who aspire to have a professional career, progress and can work with professors of different nationalities and styles, enriching your training.
You can choose which is the preferred quarter to do the intensive during the whole course
The daily classes include the ballet technique, tips, variations, repertoire, contemporary dance, classes for men, virtuosity techniques and physical preparation.
The program also includes weekly classes of character dances and choreographic laboratory.
An important part of this experience is the realization of workshops of excellence with different international choreographers. During the course there will be several shows open to the public.
Seminars on the history of dance, as well as exciting excursions around Barcelona are a part of this unique experience.
The classes are taught by the artistic staff of BARCELONA DANCE CENTER and international guest teachers. This intensive course culminates with a public presentation to showcase everything the students have learned during the course.
