Georgina Rigola is the director of the Barcelona Dance Center, has been a dancer and choreographer and is currently the director of the International Dance Competition Ciutat de Barcelona and the BCN City Ballet.

 

She is also a promoter and director of Cuballet Barcelona, ​​in collaboration with Laura Alonso.   Her life has always been linked to dance and the scene, in parallel she designs costumes for different shows with her own Ginadan dance brand.

 

As a choreographer, she won the Tórtola Valencia prize from the Generalitat of Catalonia. In 2010 he decided to create ArtsProject, an international association whose mission is to promote and disseminate dance through the creation of projects, competitions, international dance courses, workshops, seminars, conferences, shows, exhibitions, and in general all the manifestations that encourage the development of this art in any of its forms.  

 

She is invited annually as a jury in various international dance competitions and has recently been decorated with the Golden Cross granted by the European Promotion Foundation.
